Dear Doctoral Candidates,

**Please prepare a presentation for the midterm check meeting we have with the project officer on December, 15.**

**Remember that all of you must attend this event of the project. **

Your presentation should be about 3-5 minutes maximun with the following structure: 

-**Slide 1, Personal Information: **background information on the fellow, name, born, country of origin, recruiting beneficiary, previous academic achievements indicating place and year, start of the working contract. 

-**Slide 2-4, Your Project: **objectives, Methodology, Results (if any). 

-**Slide 5, Training, secondments, communication, outreach, dissemination, publications (if applicable) and conference papers (if applicable): **This is what you have done and not about what you are going to do. Please avoid training or events for the whole group, but include tailored/specific training for your individual project needs. 

-**Slide 6, Expectations: **Describe your career expectations once the project ends. 

****Important Information; Maximum 6-8 slides per doctoral candidate, **the presentation must be done for December, 8**.

 **We will have an online meeting before the midterm check meeting in oder to practise these presentations on December, 11 at 10 am. Please confirm you availability.**
