[Qsi_beneficiaries] Career Development Plan / Templates. // Deliverable October 23.

Dear all, 

Next October we must deliver the Career Development Plan for each doctoral candidate. For this, in coordination with the Director of Training (Christian Schaffner) and the Deputy Director of Training (Andreas Huelsing), we have agreed on the templates attached: 

- Career Development Plan (1-2 years): This must be fill in by all DCs now and will be part of our deliverable. 

- Career Development Plan (Final year): This will be fill in by all DCs at the beginning of their third year. 

- Progress Report: All DCs must fill in a Progress Report every 6 months. Those DCs that started >6 months ago, please fill in this document as well regarding your first 6 months of the project. 

We are aware that many DCs will probably have to fill in also an independent CDP at their home institution. But the project requires that they also fill in the ones attached at the project level. 

@DCs: Please send me the documents by October 6.
