I reply below to your questions: 

a) I will prepare a document and send it to all either today or tomorrow. 

b) As you prefer, if you wish you could present the full group, but special emphasis shoudl be made on those involved within QSI.

c) Be aware that we have 25min to present the ten beneficiaries, so it should be less than 3min per partner. For agility, my suggestion is not to use slides. But this is just a suggestion.
