Dear Lorena,

I have three questions.

a) Could you assemble a list with the formal roles of all senior 
participants? (We had two proposals between which those changed, and 
then latecomers, so that would be really helpful)

b) What should we present, our full research group, or just the project 
we are working on within QSI?

c) Can / Should we use slides?
