[Qsi_all] Spring School Porto

Dear all,

I so far have only *three* responses. Can you please respond by Monday 
the latest? This includes fellows. Otherwise we will start to give out 
prebooked rooms to speakers and others and you will have to take care of 
rooms yourself.
