[Qsi_all] Spring School Porto

Dear all,

We started to open the public registration for the Springschool on PQC 
in Porto. Please note that QSI members SHOULD NOT register via the 
website. Instead I would ask everyone to please indicate participation 
replying to me and Heloise (CC) (should work by reply to this mail, if 
the mailing list does not change this). Please do so by the end of next 
week, so that we know how many external people we can allow in.

For fellows (PhD students) the school is obligatory. We booked rooms for 
you in the venue and no registration has to be paid. Still, please 
confirm that you are coming. If you already know when you arrive and 
leave, please also include that information. We can cover accommodation 
Sunday to Saturday.

For supervisors, please note that we will have a supervisor meeting 
during the week. Hence, it would be preferable if many of you come. If 
you come, please let us know which days you intend to join. You do not 
have to pay registration fees, but have to take care of accommodation 
yourself. If you cannot make it, please let us know if you could 
participate remotely in the supervisor meeting, Wednesday 16h00 Porto 
time (17h00 CET) [this would fit the school schedule best, and we would 
have the room].
