[Qsi_drs] QSI: Updates & Upcoming Deadlines!

Dear Doctoral Candidates,

We would like to share a few important updates and upcoming deadlines related to our QSI project:

**1.➡️Thesis defense timeline:** If you are planning to defend your PhD thesis before 30 September this year, please let us know as soon as possible.

**2.➡️ Deliverable D6.6 – International Conference Presentations (Deadline; 31 July 2026) : **For Deliverable D6.6, we need to report all International Conference Presentations you have attended. Please make sure that these presentations are uploaded to the project website. At the beginning of September, we will send you the draft of the deliverable for your review in case any additional international conferences need to be included.

**3. 📃Scientific Deliverables preparation (Deadline; 31 July 2026) : **It is time to prepare the Scientific Deliverables again. Please prepare a short document describing your progress, including:
- Progress and Results: 2–3 pages.
- Conclusion and Outlook: 1 paragraph.
- References and Publications.

**4. 📢Upcoming Newsletter: **At the end of March, we will send you the new project newsletter for dissemination.

**5. 📢MSCA 30th Anniversary communication material: **Please remember to use the MSCA 30th Anniversary communication materials (logo) in your dissemination activities whenever possible. **6. Secondments updates: **Please also send us updates regarding the status and progress of your secondments (completed, ongoing, or planned).****

**7. 📲QSI Conference in Paris, photos and participation;** For those attending the QSI Conference in Paris next week, please remember to take photos throughout the different parts of the event (presentations, discussions, networking moments, group photos, etc.) so that we can use them for dissemination and communication purposes and of course for the deliverables. 

Most importantly, I hope you enjoy the event and make the most of this opportunity to exchange ideas and connect with colleagues in our last QSI event!.
