Dear Doctoral Candidates,




I would like to kindly remind you of a few ongoing dissemination-related items that are relevant for the preparation of several project deliverables.


**1. International Conference Presentations & Publications, **Please keep me regularly updated on your *International Conference Presentations* (Deliverable D6.6)) and *Publications* (Deliverable D6.8), including any new accepted or recently published contributions. In addition, I would appreciate it if you could also review the publications section of the QSI website to ensure that all your contributions are correctly listed and up to date. If you notice any missing or incorrect information, please let me know so it can be updated accordingly. Publications - QSI https://quantum-safeinternet.com/dissemination/publications/ 

**2. Newsletter Dissemination, **Regarding the project Newsletter, please also send me the links where you have been published or shared online. This information will be required for Deliverable D6.5.

**3. Thesis Submission and Testimonial (Deliverable D4.5), **Finally, I would also like to kindly ask you to inform me about your expected thesis submission and defence dates, as well as to prepare your testimonial for Deliverable D4.5 once you are approaching the final stage of your PhD.

**4. Scientific Deliverables, **A gentle reminder that the deadline for the Scientific Deliverables was set for **31/07**. Please do not forget to submit the relevant information as soon as it becomes available.

Please also kindly keep in mind that before **the project end date on 30 September, we are required to upload 16 deliverables to the EU portal**.

 For this reason, your timely support and collaboration in providing all necessary information is essential to ensure that reporting is completed accurately and on time.
