Dear Doctoral Candidates, 

In relation to the making of the video and the sencondments, I would like to add the following:

🤳🧳Secondments: It would be nice if you took a photo with the group/institution where you are going to stay to complete your profile on the website and in the project reports. We will prepare a New for the website with all the secondments.

🎞️🎥Video: Don't worry about the video. If it's okay with you, we'll set the deadline until the end of June 2024. This way, you will have three months to prepare it. The ideal would be for all the videos to be on the web by June.

Dear Doctoral Candidates, 

As discussed during the Supervisory Board Meeting, we need information from you regarding the following:

📢Outreach Activities: We need to report about **the first outreach activity of all of you by next September**. This should be participation in local science events to disseminate science to the general pubic (for example, during an open day at your institution). Those who have not done any outreach activity yet, please send me your plans to comple this activity in due time.  

🧳Secondments are a key ingredient to the project: It was promised that each of you would do at least one secondment per year. Please send me **your secondemnt plans for 2024 **just to confirm that everything goes on track.  

🎞️  Please do not forget to send me **a video about yourself and/or the project** you work on. We want to put this on the web and will be part of the outreach activities we will deliver. 

📃 Finally, please do not forget keep me updated about your progress (**publications, conferences...**) to include this information in the project's website.
