[Qsi_drs] QSI: Progress Report of the Project (not yours).

Dear all, 

As you already know, at the end of this month we must upload on the UE portal your career development plans and your progress reports (this report is necessary in case you have started your contract 6 or more months ago). Please, do not forget to send me these documents as soon as you can. Boths must be signed by your supervisor. 

On the other hand, for the progress report of the project (not yours), we need some additional information.

 In particular, we need: 

(1) A list of any publication you have produced (if any) during the project and if they are open access. 

(2) Any outreach activity you have done already or plan to do in the near future. In this regard, please find attached information about the outreach activities that were promised by the project. Of course, if you have done other outreach activities, please let us know as well. 

(3) A summary of the progress you have made so far in your project. For those who will send an individual progress report, we can take the information from there if you wish. However, if you started recently and do not need to send a progress report yet, please send us a summary of the progress done so far. 

Please send me the information no later than Monday, October 16.
