Dear Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow, Dear Coordinator,



The meeting of Nobel Laureates https://www.lindau-nobel.org/meetings/  in Physics will be held from 30 June to 5 July 2024. About 600 young scientists from all over the world will get the unique chance to spend an inspiring week with some Nobel Laureates to exchange experiences and establish valuable contact in science and beyond.



Like in the previous years, the European Commission has the opportunity to nominate a limited number of Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellows to participate at this meeting. If you are a current (you should have started your fellowship by 1 September 2023) or a former Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow, we would like to inform you of the possibilities. If you are a project coordinator or scientist in charge of a Marie Skłodowska-Curie project, we would like you to advise your Marie Skłodowska-Curie funded researcher(s) about this event and encourage them to apply.



We are glad to inform you that the European Commission has published a**call for applications for current MSCA fellows and alumni https://marie-sklodowska-curie-actions.ec.europa.eu/news/apply-now-to-attend-the-73rd-lindau-meeting-on-physics  to attend the next Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting on Physics in summer 2024**. All necessary information about the application process can be found via the link.



The deadline for applications is **Thursday 12 October 2023** 13:00, CEST. For any questions please write toEAC-MSCA-LINDAU at ec.europa.eu



Please note that the selection made by the European Commissionis subject to a final review by the organisers of the Lindau Meeting. 



**The European Commission is not offering financial support to attend the event, merely the opportunity to be nominated to attend with a special rate**. Applicants must ensure that they have the funding necessary to meet their own share of the costs of the event (1.250€ and travel costs), which can be covered by the costs of their MSCA project or institution. **Please note****– no extra funding is available from the European Commission or the Research Executive Agency (REA)**.
