Dear Chris,
Thank you very much for organizing this event.
The dates look good to us, we suggest ending the program early on May 2nd so that people can travel and attend Eurocrypt in Madrid the next week as well.
We keep in touch!
With best regards,
Lorena G. Curra

The initiative via which he ran the school, QTEC, has come to an end, and it's now replaced with a bigger company called https://setsquared-bristol.co.uk/training/. The main point of using QTEC was their focus on quantum technologies, but if that's no longer the case, there is no added value to outsource this activity, and it can simply be offered by people in Leeds, or DTU. I can ask people in Leeds if they can do such a course, and how much it costs, but if DTU has also similar training departments, it might be more cost efficient to do it via DTU as we don't need to pay for additional travel cost. Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.

Otherwise, we would have to justify well why we postpone it further (and I am afraid that the weather conditions would not be an acceptable reason). Please confirm if you could celebrate it in May. Also, Mohsen, please confirm if these dates would be ok for the complementary skills workshop.

Marcos, if I understood correctly, you mentioned that you think it would not be a lot of work to apply for a change with the PO so that we can have the workshop a little later? Mohsen, would that be ok with as well with regard to the complementary skills workshop?

As for complementary workshop 3, we asked an initiative affiliated with Bristol University yo run it last time. They do it for a fee so once the dates are fixed we can just book them for the days we need to run the workshop.

Do not forget that we must also coordinate this with the Outreach activity 2.
