Asunto: QSI_Biannual Report, Part B.


Dear Doctoral Candidates, 

We have to finish the biannual report before this December, 21. As we discussed today, this is important because if the report is not successful, they could stop the funding. 

Here is the list with all that we need from you: 

- 1 or 2 paragraphs explaining **the progress in the realization of your project**, including results achieved. Check your project in the GA (Go to General Documentation of our QSI Website) to see what we promised and explain what you did in the last two years. It is important to remember to include the **correct acknowledgment** in any publication, and use Open Science.

- Describe any possible **deviation** with respect to the original objectives of the project (**secondments**).

- A paragraph explaining the progress towards the realization of the **m****ilestone** associated to your project, and whether or not this has been achieved (month 26). 


- Indicate all the **local training activities** performed (seminars/courses attended… including also Complementary skills training, language courses etc).

- We need a list of all **Publications** (papers, proceedings, books, book chapters) that acknowledge the QSI project. The most important ones are of course those from the DCs. But we can also include those from the supervisors, if they acknowledge the QSI project. 

- We need a list of all **Presentations in Conference/workshops** (posters or talks) related to the QSI project. The most important ones are of course those from the DCs. But we can also include those from the supervisors, if they present any result related to the QSI project. 

- **Art contest in Denmark**, please disseminate in your institutions with the help of the communication and divulgation departments. We will need to follow up of the impact of this to report to EU. We will offer further information as soon as we have the reply from the PO.
