I hope this email finds you well. I received the email below from the PO. Essentially, there is the possibility to promote our project at the EU pavilion at the Osaka World Expo. They are looking for something "tangible" that could be presented there. Any suggestion? We need to reply soon.

The QSI project has been identified as a potential project to be promoted at the EU pavilion at the upcoming  Osaka World Expo.




In order to provide a feedback to my colleagues who are dealing with the EU pavilion at the Osaka World Expo, I would like to double check with you





1. whether there is already something (ideally) ‘tangible’ that could be presented (mainly to non-specialist audience)?




Also, in case the QSI project is being selected





1. would you have the readiness to participate/cover the expenses for the event?




Having said this, I would like to underline that the colleagues are currently assessing various projects. Therefore,I cannot promise that QSI will be selected at this stage, however, your feedback on the question above would further help my colleagues in their assessment.




May I kindly ask you kindly to receive your feedback not after than Monday, 12 August.
