[Qsi_beneficiaries] No time sheets for QSI students

Dear Lorena & Marcos,

Both @Andreas Huelsing<mailto:andreas en huelsing.net> and I are trying to convince our Dutch university administration that our doctoral students @Gina Muuss<mailto:g.c.muuss en uva.nl> and @Ritsch, Silvia<mailto:s.ritsch en tue.nl> do not have to fill in time sheets for their QSI PhD projects.

This was mentioned in our meeting with the EU project officer. However, our universities are used to require time sheets for all EU projects.

Could you as project coordinator send us an (official-sounding) email confirming the statement of our PO that time sheets are not required for our students? That could be a big help for us to convince our administrations. Thanks a lot in advance!

I would not be surprised if other doctoral candidates and their supervisors have the same issue as well. That’s why I am CCing all QSI beneficiaries. Any precedents of other QSI doctoral students not required to fill in time sheets would already help us.
