Dear QSI members,

I would like to give you some updates about the upcoming QSI kick-off events in Amsterdam. This is also the last opportunity for any QSI partner who has not registered yet for the event to join the kick-off festivities in Amsterdam!

We would like to ask everybody to complete your registration information on the “registration” tab of this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13edsd__2Ch4YlrzkLDlWhYVss97cHN0Trh2hv0Te-hw/edit#gid=1443269952

In particular, please indicate your arrival and departure date and your dietary restrictions (or select “none”). Feel free to get in touch with us in case you have any additions or questions.

On the “schedule” tab<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13edsd__2Ch4YlrzkLDlWhYVss97cHN0Trh2hv0Te-hw/edit#gid=1643783619> of the same spreadsheet, you can find the current schedule of the planned events, with locations and some more details. This tab will remain the place for you to check where and when we expect you to be. If there are any changes, we will update this table.

On Monday, 26 June, the activities start from 15:00 with a small reception at Hotel Casa, followed by an introduction meeting from 15:30 to 16:00, after which we walk (circa 40 minutes) to the starting point of a city boat tour. We hope that you arrive early enough on Monday to participate in these activities, please let us know otherwise.

On Tuesday, 27 June, the official kick-off activities will take place at Lab42 in Science Park Amsterdam. We would like to give everybody the opportunity to introduce themselves. For this purpose, please prepare one slide according to the instructions on https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1oN8-lpjdwTwFh3lXUip0K1TfyuwBi2xGDBPuSTws_Gk/edit#slide=id.p

In case you have any questions, please get in touch with myself and @Grace Millerson<mailto:g.v.millerson en uva.nl> who is helping us with the organization of the event. We are looking forward to meeting you all in Amsterdam soon!

Best regards,

Chris
